The characteristics of the products, given their nature and garment may vary in structure, content and colours used in its composition, necessarily due to the existence of seasonal flowers and plants. We guarantee that the composition will be of the highest quality products not only used but also on the design used.

Exceptions to the above compositions in specified products that are used to integrate (eg 12 roses) in which case the specified product will be delivered by the consumer and always top quality.

 

Delivery of orders

Orders are delivered to the address designated by the customer along with a card with the text provided by himself, so RAFAEL GARES FLORISTAS assumes no liability if delivery can not be effected as a result of the data provided is correct, inaccurate or incomplete.

Deliveries in Hospitals, Hotels, Funeral, public bodies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, floral orders / plants will be delivered at the reception, or similar, provided it was not possible delivery to the addressee.

 

Time and date of delivery

Delivery orders will be held Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings only, in three time slots available:

  • From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • From 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

RAFAEL GARES FLORISTAS guarantees delivery within the time slot selected by the customer if the order is placed with a minimum of 3 hours before and the day of delivery is not festive. Orders that are required for delivery and festivities marked a strong impact on the sector as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, December 24, etc., only be guaranteed if courses completed 24 hours in advance, carrying out the delivery in any case most immediately.

Funerals are the highest priority so will be given urgently.

Period to claim

The customer may demand delivery of an order for reasons of product quality, or the composition thereof, within 24 hours of delivery date, because if done at a later date, as a product perishable, could not check the quality or original packaging of the product. If the complaint is justified his compensation will be managed and the appropriate decision in each case.
